Your protection plan is automatically activated within 7 days of purchasing your device from the respective dealer. Ensure you keep your purchase receipt for any claims.

Our plans cover accidental physical damage, liquid damage, and physical breakdowns due to normal usage. Specific exclusions apply, which are detailed in our policy.

In the event of damage, visit your nearest authorized service center within 72 hours. Bring your device, the original purchase receipt, proof of identity, and the plan receipt. Our team will assist you with the repair and claim process.
